The Meredith Hoag Lieux pollen collection is composed of glass slides, light micrographs, and scanning electron micrographs of vouchered pollen material. This collection in on loan to APMRU by Meredith Hoag Lieux, Baton Rouge, LA, since 1993. Pollen from this collection are representative of types found in the southeastern United States. About 450 taxa are represented. Scanning electron micrographs from this and the Stanley D. and Gretchen D. Jones collections make up the micrographs in Pollen of the Southeastern United States (Jones et al. 1995).
